Recently a anouncement trailer was released showing Pokémon: Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee. This will be hybrid between the Pokémon GO on mobile and the core games on the Nintendo Handhelds we have gotten through the year.

But still after all this, there is still announced a brand-new core series that will be released in 2019. So this might be a big year for Pokémon and continue to 2019.
