In a brief press release Nintendo announced that a full length, thirty minute Nintendo Direct is happening tonight (the 8th of March).
The show is set to start around 23:00 CET and can be watched on Nintendo’s own stream here.
So what are we expecting?
Well, Nintendo have not revealed much. The stream page reads:
Tune in for roughly 30 minutes of information focused on Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch titles launching this year, including new details on Mario Tennis Ace.
so the only thing we know for sure is that there will be news about Mario Tennis. That said, there are some other likely candidates.
At a Nintendo Direct last January a Fire Emblem game was announced for the switch “sometime in 2018” so news about that seem exceedingly likely. Of course there is also the Labo, which is likely to get some new games in the coming months. What else is in store? We’ll find out in about 10 hours I guess!
